It’s cold out there. And this February 22nd, our team is going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, we’re walking and fundraising to support and serve people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community.

Let's Learn! - Winter 2025
In partnership with Mohawk College, we are pleased to announce the Lets Learn! program. We have partnered with Mohawk’s Health and Wellness program to offer students a unique opportunity to pair up and learn about healthy living, healthy relationships and many other topics, as well as involvement with the recreation therapy program to explore exercise and other elements of a healthy lifestyle.
